Sai Baba answers all his dear devotees those who surrender their life completely to him and those who are always being true from their heart and righteous in their life. His blessings will be awesome that you will never get thirsty back to get something more than what you get by his blessing. It means that he gives you the water to drink that you will never feel thirsty again in your life.

 Say for example if you ask for water, he gives you a plant. But you can't understand the reason initially. The plant grows into a tree and finally it gives not only water in the form of rain but also it gives shadows to the people beneath and it gives fruits and it plays an important role in nature. You asked for water and he gave you ocean of rains for you so that you will never ask for water again. But the thing is faith and patience. It is important to get blessings from Shirdi Sai Baba.
If you ask for food he will give u a grain. Means that he wants you to understand the life and to neutralize the past bad sins and "karmas" and to shape your life such that you will go to heaven indeed he promises you. At the end you will dwell in the house of the lord forever. He gives you a new direction the 9 th directions where you might have thought that there is no way. He makes you to succeed in front of the people in the same place where you felt shamed and where people spitted on your face. Your heart can't bear the pain of happiness and your tears of happiness will never stop and that's the blessing of Baba. He makes a start where there are no possibilities and he guides saves and take you to the end.     I beg you baba to cure my dad of cancer. All of sudden my dad was diagnosed with stage 4, stomach cancer. His condition is getting worse day by day. All our doors have been closed. There is no choice for us rather than waiting for him to go. However, being daughter, being wife for my mum, it is too difficult for us to accept this fact for my 60 years old dad.
