“Dhuni” is the important part of Dwarakamai or in the temple of Shirdi or in Sai Baba temples for the devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba. This Dhuni is related very close to Sai Baba. This Dhuni is the sacred burning fire that Baba has built and is maintained till now and all gives importance in maintaining the Dhuni in Shirdi.

Wherever Baba stayed he used to maintain a burning fire under the tree or in mosque and he named it as Dhuni. He burns wood in the Dhuni and his old clothes. According to Sai Baba the Dhuni fire symbolizes that it is burning out our past karma and all our sins in our life into ashes. The Dhuni is kept burning and maintained every day in Dwarakamai. The sacred ash from Dhuni is known as “UDI” which has awesome numerous miraculous powers and Baba use to give udi to his devotees as a token of his grace. This udi has wonderful powers to cure many diseases and Baba cured many sick people with this udi. This udi is distributed to all Sai devotees in all Sai Baba temples as Prashad. Trust and make prayers to Baba and mix this udi with water and drink the water and all your diseases will be cured. Baba does miracles and he did many miracles with this udi and he will do many miracles in your life. Trust that he will answer all your prayers while praying. If you trust then you will sure receive it. Faith and Patience will bring good results as your good wish in the name of Baba. Even nowadays Baba appeared many times in the Dhuni fire for his devotees. He does miracles in front of us.
